1) st: player move clean up  -> m_active_player ->m_controllingPlayer?m_chosenPlayer:m_active
2) st SELECT A PLAYER
    - int m_chosenPlayer [0]3
    - m_controllingPlayer = true;
3) MOVE OTHER PLAYER
    - move player (handle harp/teleport/strong wind)
4) move_player_clean_up
